The Company Robert Half Technology are working alongside a well established global payments organisation within the Fintech industry to find an experienced Client Solutions Consultant to join their growing team. Our client are head quartered in Brisbane and have multiple offices in Australia as well as Europe and America. The Role This is a newly created role and you will work in a team of 3 and will be responsible for the full end-to-end process from client engagement, solution design, onboarding and project management. You will be working closely with set clients as well as internal departments including I.T, Finance and Legal. Responsibilities: Be involved in the initial onboarding of clients to the payments platform and take them on the journey Act as the single point of contact during the client onboarding through to business analysis and API/SDK implementation Gather requirements that will be tailored to each client and offer solution designs to best suit them Present, listen and train solutions as well as discuss ideas and solve problems along the way.
