Our client has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant and driven professional Customer Service Officer. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager VIC, you will be the first point of contact for customers by creating strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing a quality solution
- Coordinating delivery dates with customers and sub-contractors
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping to ensure files are up to date
- Following the call-up process to confirm customer order details
- Acting in a prompt and courteous manner at all times
- Working with the customer service team to implement continuous improvement
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Have a strong, positive and can-do attitude
- Be direct, truthful and easy to deal with
- Be proactive in your approach and seek out information when required
- Be a team player who is a problem solver
- Be a self-starter who can work autonomously
- Be determined to grow and learn
