Join Our Friendly, Passionate Team as a Reservations Consultant
Are you organised, enthusiastic, and have great attention to detail? Solo Connections, a family-owned tour company based in Aspley, is seeking a versatile and creative team member to join us in our Reservations department.
In this position, you will assist solo travellers over 50 years young, while offering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless, memorable experience. Your attention to detail and creative flair will ensure every aspect is delivered with care and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
* Respond to Customer/Travel Agent enquiries and manage bookings accurately
* Maintain up to date records and client information
* Prepare client/agent booking advices and ensure every detail is correct
* Assist with marketing tasks such as updating tour flyers and creating content in Canva
* Support sales initiatives and collaborate with our friendly team
What We're Looking For:
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Creative mindset, ideally with experience using Canva
* Admin and tech proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, Xero)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proactive, motivated, and able to thrive in a small, supportive team
* Passion for travel and helping clients create extraordinary experiences
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
