Connect Accountants & Advisors is seeking Accountants at all levels to to join our growing team. These roles are available across any of our office locations—Ballina, Lismore, Casino, Kyogle & Coffs Coast —and we welcome remote applicants with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and qualifications, your key responsibilities may cover the following areas of responsibility:
* Bookkeeping, Payroll, Preparation of Business Activity Statements
* Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSF's.
* Provide strategic tax planning and compliance advice
* Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service
* Mentor junior staff and support their development

Skills & Experience
* Senior Accountant: 5+ years experience
* Intermediate Accountant: 2–5 years experience
* Bookkeeper/Trainee Accountant: new entrant or experienced bookkeeper
* Candidates currently studying towards completing a qualification are also encouraged to apply
* Experience with Xero, Quickbooks Online, MYOB is an advantage
* Strong knowledge of taxation across individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Commitment to professional development and mentoring
