The Role
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer brand across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead marketing initiatives, from go-to-market campaigns and product launches to influencer and PR strategies, ensuring alignment with global brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for ANZ, including 360 campaigns across all channels
* Manage marketing calendar and promotional activities aligned to revenue targets
* Lead new product launches with cross-functional teams and global partners
* Oversee PR and influencer marketing strategies to build brand awareness and advocacy
* Monitor KPIs and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to deliver integrated initiatives
* What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in marketing/brand management, 2+ years in influencer marketing
* Proven ability to generate creative marketing ideas and execute campaigns
* Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
* Strategic thinker, agile, and comfortable influencing without direct authority
