As an Auto Electrician with Northeast Engineering your primary responsibility is within a Body fit-out role, this will include the fitment of electrical accessories to New Build vehicles.
About The Role
* Fitting Electrical accessories – including but not limited to Side Lights, Tarp Motors, Taillights, Spotlights, Beacons, Fridges, Inverters, Isolator switches
* Routing wiring looms
* Operating and maintaining both hand and power tools and machinery
* Following Safety protocols and maintaining a clear working environment
* Performing quality checks and reporting any issues to supervisors
* Supporting the team with general labour tasks as required
About You
* Certificate II in Automotive Electrical Technology (essential)
* Strong understanding of Air Trailer brake systems with an automotive background
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong commitment to safety
* Forklift License (desirable)
