You'll Take Ownership Of
Daily Warehouse Operations
Running the full workflow from receiving through to dispatch, always looking for ways to lift accuracy and speed. You'll keep things moving smoothly, consistently, and with pride.
Team Performance
Coaching, motivating, and guiding a small, tight-knit team. You'll set expectations, keep the pace high, and create a place where people enjoy turning up and hitting targets together.
Customer Impact
Getting orders right the first time, every time. Our customers rely on us, and your work will directly influence their trust and loyalty.
Process Improvement
Shaping how the warehouse operates. You'll refine workflows, adopt better methods, and keep the operation sharp as volumes grow.

What You Bring
Minimum Requirements
* 1+ year in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or team leadership
* Forklift operating experience and Licence to Perform High Risk
* High school certificate plus Cert III in Supply Chain or similar
* Confident leadership and communication
* Strong customer focus and a practical problem-solving style
* A safety mindset and steady work ethic
Preferred
* Experience in an aftermarket parts warehouse
* Further qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar
