Capral Aluminium is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join our high-performing team. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining service levels, and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities
o Oversee warehouse operations: workflow, stock movements, quality checks, and delivery accuracy
o Lead and support team members, including training, task allocation, and performance feedback
o Promote and enforce safety standards (toolbox talks, inspections, housekeeping)
o Maintain accurate filing and records (cycle counts, manifests, putaway dockets)
o Monitor and report on SAP LL01 data (stock movements, critical orders, replenishment)
o Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies and KPIs
About You
Essential:
o Warehouse operations experience
o Strong knowledge of logistics/warehouse practices
o Forklift licence
o Secondary education completion
Desirable:
o SAP knowledge
o Leadership experience
o Industry experience (aluminium preferred)
