Job Summary: As a Warehouse Manager, you will have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Dispatch and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Coach and develop staff to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service
* Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
* Effectively operate the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks

* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Experience in warehouse management and customer service
