Qualifications & experience
* Tractor Experience.
* Baby leaf salad Experience preferred but training provided.
* vegetable or row crop experience.
* coordinating our daily harvests and harvest crews.
* Managing and Building Harvest teams.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Monday - Friday
* Machine Harvest operator, Operating Tractor and mechanical Harvester to Harvest Baby Leaf Salad crops.
* Organise a team of workers, prepare your day and week, and report to the Farm manager.
* Understand and be willing to learn product specifications and all QA for harvesting procedures.
* Lead and work with a positive harvest crew.
* Have Machinery Experience.
