Senior Health Promotion Officer

Employment type: Fixed Term Full-Time, until 30 June 2027, with possibilities for extension or permanency.
Position Profile
This role leads, plans and evaluates health promotion and prevention strategies and programmes across the Midwest that align with local, state and national AOD priorities in collaboration with management and key stakeholders.
Eligibility to Apply
Applicants must hold a valid working visa (for fixed‑term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa that allows indefinite residence and work in Australia (for permanent appointments).
Other Conditions
WA Health requires criminal records screening and integrity checking, and may require a Working With Children check and a pre‑employment health assessment. A WWC check is compulsory. The offer of employment is contingent on a satisfactory PEHA.
