About This Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team in providing exceptional service to customers. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer experience is a positive one.

* This is a permanent part-time position with a guaranteed 25 hours per week.
* You'll be rostered shifts between Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 5:00pm.
We offer a competitive pay rate and up to $9,020 district allowance + air condition subsidy.

As a successful candidate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through extensive paid training on commencement, 6 weeks full-time.

Your Key Responsibilities
">
You'll be performing customer sales and service transactions, managing high value transactions accurately, conducting and processing identity services transactions, promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, and assisting customers with mail lodgements.

You'll also be building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs and assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.

About You

We're looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
">
* You should have experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
* Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
