Job Overview
Become a key player in driving sales and customer satisfaction targets for the BMW Group across Australia, New Zealand, and Munich. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving new sales targets for the BMW and MINI brands to international key accounts.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Onboarding of new customers, system setup, contract implementation and execution as well as dealer training
* Management of strategic account relationships to maximise sales and brand opportunities
* Liaison between the BMW Group and its retail Dealer network in attaining vehicle sales and targets for Dealer managed customer relationships
* Driving and managing loyalty and retention activities to achieve conversion targets
* Collaborating with key partners and associations to promote BMW Group offers and achieve segment sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline
* Demonstrated experience within the automotive industry with a focus on international account management
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders and present recommendations that are viable and attractive
* Previous experience in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and offers
* Proven ability to develop strategies that align to existing business initiatives and that grow identified opportunities
* Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
