WRAD Health is seeking an outstanding new leader to guide the organisation into its next chapter.
WRAD Health is a highly respected, community-based, integrated health service delivering bulk-billing primary care, alcohol and other drug treatment programs, mental health support and recovery services across our region. Our work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and strong community partnerships.
We are looking for a CEO who is:
* A strategic and values-driven leader
* Passionate about community health and integrated models of care
* Skilled in partnership development and stakeholder engagement
* Financially and operationally capable
* Committed to improving access for vulnerable and disadvantaged communities
* Ready to lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team and work closely with an engaged experienced Board.
