The Role
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of both clinics, overseeing a team of 26 across administration and practitioners. You'll be based in Australind three days per week and Collie two days a week, with on‐call responsibilities as required.
Reporting directly to the Practice Principal, key responsibilities will include:
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the administration team to achieve personal and professional goals.
* Conducting regular one‐on‐one sessions and performance reviews, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Managing clinic operations, rosters for staff and overseeing workflow.
* Ensuring all staff credentials, registrations, and compliance documentation are current.
* Building and maintaining relationships with referring professionals and community partners.
* Overseeing practice policies, processes, and IT systems, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Managing financial aspects of the practice, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and overall financial health.
* Handling difficult conversations with professionalism, care, and a solutions‐focused approach.
* Driving service improvement initiatives, particularly in administration and client experience.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager who is dedicated and motivated to lead our administration team with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for people and service.
You will proactively address challenges, implement effective solutions, and ensure the clinic has the necessary resources, systems, and processes to operate at its best. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our quality service standards and fostering a cohesive and efficient team environment.
You will have high levels of emotional intelligence, and excellent leadership skills to build and foster a culture of high performance and can foster positive and cohesive relationships across the team.
With a love of working with people and excellent communication skills, you will be able to provide fair feedback and have fun within the team.

Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in allied health or a similar setting
* High‐level communication and interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge of practice management systems (experience with Xero highly regarded)
* Working with Children Check, Police Check, and a valid driver's license.
* HR qualifications or experience will be highly regarded
