Customer Service Team Leader
We are seeking a professional to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range
* Provide leadership, training, and development to the customer services team
* Develop and support a positive team culture of continuous improvement
* Review and improve systems and processes
* Contact customers via phone and email regarding orders and deliveries
* Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of Customer queries and coordinating with other departments
* Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry, customer records and delivery information across the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience with customer service in a leadership role
* The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships
* Good levels of computer and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or other data entry system (highly regarded)
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
* Strong communication with excellent written, verbal, and phone skills
