An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join a leading property group and take ownership of marketing strategy across a portfolio of established retail centres.
Working closely with Centre Management, Leasing, and Asset Management teams, you will play a key role in driving the performance of each asset through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role will suit a hands-on marketing professional who can balance creative campaign execution with a strategic, commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver marketing strategies for a multi-site retail portfolio.
* Lead campaigns that enhance customer engagement and centre performance.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure initiatives deliver measurable ROI.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align marketing with broader business objectives.
* Oversee digital, social, and in-centre promotional activity to strengthen brand positioning and foot traffic.
About You
