The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate office logistics, including supplies and equipment maintenance.
* Manage referrals, scheduling, and correspondence to ensure timely completion.
* Organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements with precision.
* Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial, HR, and other systems.
