The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a workplace culture that prioritizes wellbeing and safety. This includes implementing proactive measures to prevent injuries, illnesses, and fatalities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide training and support to employees on WHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships.
* Support the management of workers' compensation claims and provide guidance on return-to-work programs.
