About the Role
As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience. You will meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and education about financial solutions available, including digital. You will have the knowledge to complete customer transactions, conduct in-depth needs-based conversations, and fulfil products as per your accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but become strong advocates for ANZ.
You will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Details
Role Type: Permanent
Role Location: Shop 9 Ellenbrook Shopping Center Ellenbrook WA
Work Hours: Part-time, 29 hours per week
Rostered Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 AM – 04:15 PM (7.25 hours per day); Friday, Saturday, Sunday not rostered
Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 29.0 hours
What will you do?
Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting end-to-end banking needs across transactions, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Contribute to an uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
Know your customer from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
What will you bring?
Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is an advantage.
Experience using and promoting technology; working knowledge of digital channels is an advantage.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
Sound understanding of compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
