Job Description
* Own governance across Vendors and internal teams.
* Own the production of Program level governance reports
* Provide oversight on financial reporting
* Assist in developing team engagement strategies and delivering team days offsite.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong preference for Retail experience.
* Experience in establishing transformation PMO capabilities.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to articulate the objectives of the program.
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
* A coaching mindset to improve project management & PMO capabilities.
