We are currently seeking a Truck Sales Consultant to join our multi award‐winning team for our new Iveco franchise and used truck sales team. Reporting directly to our Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding customers through our buying process and providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
What you will be responsible for:
* Presenting yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
* Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments
* Building relationships with existing and potential customers
* Understanding and being responsive to customers needs
* Knowing and understanding the sales process, including the value of every step
* Truck experience would be helpful but not necessary
The successful applicant will possess:
* Have a proven track record for Sales excellence
* Ability to meet KPIs and Targets
* Ability to perform in a high pressure environment
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Have a valid at minimum Medium Rigid Truck licence
* Have a customer centric attitude
