About the Role Become the welcoming face and the organisational backbone of our Sorrento office. As Office Coordinator, you’ll balance exceptional front-of-house service with robust campaign administration support for multiple agents. You’ll drive the smooth operation of our busy real estate office while helping craft premium marketing campaigns that stand out in the Mornington Peninsula’s luxury property market. Key Responsibilities Office Coordination & Reception Greet all clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, upholding the Marshall White brand. Manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a lively, pristine reception area. Oversee office supply levels, boardroom bookings, and facilities. Handle enquiries quickly and direct communication between clients, agents, and teams. Campaign Administration (Supporting Multiple Agents) Coordinate advertising across print and digital platforms, ensuring timely and brand-aligned delivery. Prepare listing kits, marketing presentations, suburb and market reports, and inspection packs. Liaise with marketing vendors, monitor campaign schedules, and proactively keep campaigns on track. Deliver tailored admin and marketing support to several high-performing agents. Offer responsive assistance to sales, property management, and executive teams. Qualifications & Skills Experience in real estate administration, office coordination, or luxury front-of-house roles. Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability—confident supporting multiple agents simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern admin software. Polished verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour. Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to provide outstanding client service.
