Leadership Opportunity in Children's Services
We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our team in delivering high-quality support services for children and young people.
* Lead, mentor and supervise a team of support workers to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop strategies that cater to the complex needs of our clients.
* Establish strong relationships with children and young people who require extra support to achieve their goals.
* Apply advanced leadership and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and challenges.
* Motivate and manage a team to drive performance and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community or Children's Services (or willingness to work towards one).
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
* Mandatory requirements include a current driver's license, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, paid Working with Vulnerable People check, and first aid/CPR certification.
