About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation, carrying out daily housekeeping tasks and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Key daily tasks include:
* Cleaning all guest rooms to strict quality standards
* Restocking amenities and ensuring rooms are ready for arrival
* Reporting maintenance issues promptly
* Providing courteous assistance to guests and team members
