The Centre Director is responsible for the overall management and direction of a high-performing team in an early learning centre. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated early childhood services, leading and managing change within education, health or community services, and driving financial and operational performance management.
This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with children, families, and communities while contributing to the development of educators in your centre. You'll be at the heart of our leadership team supporting teachers as they deliver bespoke learning programs developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice..Key Responsibilities
