We are looking for a front of house team/barista for a busy restaurant in Drysdale. Various shift starting from 7.30am. A succesful candidate must have RSA, proven barista experience and be able to work independently and under pressure.
ATTRIBUTES & DUTIES:
- Opening restaurant
- Taking orders using POS system
- Making coffees (proven barista experience required)
- Serving drinks and food to the tables
- Rotating stock and stock taking
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Cleaning and resetting the tables
- Taking reservations
- Communicating with the kitchen staff ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Good menu knowledge is expected within 1-2 weeks
- RSA is required
Attention to detail and focus on work
- Knowledge of Greek cuisine is an advantage, but not necessary
- Weekend availability is crucial
Restaurant Award Rates are paid including penalty rates
