About the role Do you thrive on uncovering the finer details?
You'll join a dedicated team of professionals who are passionately detail orientated and will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our risk and compliance framework.
Reporting to and working closely with the First Line Risk & Compliance Manager, this role provides support and assistance on a range of risk and compliance activities and promotes a strong risk and compliance culture within the organisation.
Key responsibilities Assisting with the application and delivery of Risk Management and Compliance Management policies.Conducting regular control self-assessments.Identifying and supporting process improvement and project initiatives that improve member or employee outcomes.Incident and issue management.Providing support to the wider business in applying our risk management framework.About you You're self-motivated and a problem solver who enjoys communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
You also have:
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, health insurance experience would be an advantage but is not essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Sound skills in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with process maps, policies and procedures and knowledge documentation.Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.An enthusiastic and motivational attitude and an appetite for continuously improving!What's on offer?
