We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. In this role, you'll deliver high‑quality food that meets established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety requirements, while supporting the senior culinary brigade and contributing to smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do
Prepare and present food to a high standard across à la carte, daily, and seasonal menus
Support day‑to‑day kitchen operations and assist with training junior team members
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
Monitor food quality, portion control, and efficient use of ingredients
Work collaboratively with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service
Assist with stock control, menu preparation, events, and off‑site catering as required
Deliver a positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork in a fast‑paced environment

What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Chef de Partie with Hilton, you'll bring strong technical skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. You will have:
3+ years' experience in a high‑standard restaurant or 5‑star hotel environment
At least 1 year as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent, ideally with an international hotel brand
Formal culinary or hospitality training (preferred) and a valid health certificate
Solid knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine, depending on kitchen assignment
Strong technical skills relevant to your section (main kitchen, banquet, or pastry)
Sound understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
The ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
Strong organisation, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
A collaborative mindset with leadership and training capability
Good English communication skills (preferred)
