Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's vision and long-term growth strategy. They will work closely with the Board and the Executive Team to identify emerging market opportunities, foster innovation, and ensure sustainable business expansion.
* Develop and execute innovative, profitable business strategies
* Oversee day-to-day operations, delivering efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all functions
* Cultivate senior-level client relationships and represent the organization at key industry events and forums
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a completed academic degree, ideally with a business, finance, or actuarial focus. A proven track record of success in executive leadership, preferably with board-level experience in reinsurance or Life & Health insurance is essential. The candidate should also possess strategic vision, strong expertise in corporate governance and performance management, and a visionary, strategic leadership practice that inspires and engages through strong communication, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
