About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Planning, organising and controlling the program of each project
* Undertaking daily site visits to ensure scope is completed and carrying out WHS/Quality Checks
* Managing site crews, including trades and sub-trades, to ensure they have the resources needed to complete works
* Coordinating the timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects
* Completing status reports on projects and providing feedback to Project Managers
* Ensuring employees have an understanding of project sites' expectations
* Facilitating high levels of communication and teamwork through direct communication and on-site meetings
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a commercial construction environment, preferably with fit-out experience
* A valid Australian Driver's License
* Trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting
* An OH&S White Card
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Full legal working rights in Australia
