Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator role involves providing administrative support to the Content Sales team. This includes tracking and checking availability of content, managing UK transmission notifications, preparing availability lists and programme packages, and creating standard deal contracts.
About the Role
This is an entry-level position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have experience with Microsoft Office packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and check availability of content
- Manage UK transmission notifications and material delivery dates
- Prepare availability lists and programme packages
- Create standard deal contracts and ensure they are accurate and pass legal review for nominated partners and track to full execution
Skill Requirements
- Proven office administration experience in a sales environment or at a media company preferred
- Extremely organised with ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting deadlines
- Experience and competent with all Microsoft Office packages
- Process driven with great attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
