The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing functions. This role will work closely with our marketing team, agents, and management to ensure all property campaigning runs smoothly and effectively. Training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to perform their duties to the highest standard.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and order marketing materials for properties (brochures, signboards, letters, flyers)
- Manage social media campaigns
- Schedule and book media services such as photographers & videographers
- Liaise with external contractors, conveyancers, clients & customers
- Process sales transactions and oversee the office debit/credit system
- Manage settlement gifts and keys for buyers and vendors
- Manage office inventory
- Maintain the reception & office space ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
Requirements
- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Previous administration / reception experience is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service
- Neat & tidy presentation
