Position Description
* Oversee day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage, and service
* Lead, train, and develop front-of-house management and service teams
* Manage rosters, labour targets, and operational efficiency
* Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
* Ensure compliance with licensing, RSA, WHS, and venue procedures
* Drive sales performance, promotions, and customer engagement
* Work closely with ownership on strategy and continuous improvement
Position Requirements
* Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior hospitality manager
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
* Financial acumen, including budgeting, labour, and cost control
