Your Role
In this career defining position, you will resolve systemic quality issues to meet specifications and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves hands-on work—measuring, testing, and analyzing production lines to identify and address root causes. You will collaborate with teams across production, engineering, warehousing, and site leadership to deliver improvements.
Your focus will include developing quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing data-driven solutions. You will also support innovation projects, particularly those involving older mechanical equipment, applying practical and effective improvements.

Skills and Experience
* Proven experience rolling out quality management systems and quality assurance
* Strong problem solving, data analysis, and statistical capability
* Background in mechanical or industrial manufacturing
* Engineering or relevant qualification preferred
* Six Sigma Black Belt credentials also valued
