Cape Preston Port Company (CPPC) is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Port Maintenance team on a permanent 2/1 continuous shift roster (nights & days), FIFO ex Perth. Reporting to the Port Maintenance Supervisor, this role is responsible for the servicing, repair and maintenance of electrical plant and equipment such as the Reclaimer, Stackers, Bargeloader and marine assets. This position also requires competency in HV switching.
Responsibilities
* Servicing, repairing and maintaining electrical plant and equipment.
* Competent in HV switching and related switching programs.
* Control logic systems for electrical, preferably ABB.
* Exposure to Siemens Harmony drives.
* Use of SAP for recording and reporting.
Qualifications
* Electrical Trade Qualification.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) or ability to obtain.
* High Risk Work Licence (EWP).
* Experience with HV switching and switching programs with current qualification.
* Experience with control logic systems for electrical, preferably ABB.
* Experience with Siemens Harmony drives.
* Understanding of SAP.
