Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant (Operations)
Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions require skilled professionals to configure and customize them. Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant who will be part of our post-implementation operations team.
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of D365 Business Central/NAV, with at least five years' experience in development. Experience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories, and development specifications is also essential.
This position involves configuring and customizing D365BC solutions, responding to client support requests, monitoring system performance, and identifying potential issues before they impact the client.
Key responsibilities include:
* Configure and customize D365BC solutions to meet client needs.
* Analyze client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
