The Role
Are you someone who enjoys improving how things work and making processes run more smoothly? We're looking for a Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Analyst to help us improve how we manage purchasing and payments across our business.
You'll work closely with teams across Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable to identify and roll out better ways of working, support system improvements (SAP and M3), and help ensure things are done consistently and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Identify and Rollout P2P processes across different teams and systems
- Create and update process documentation
- Help improve reporting and visibility of key P2P activities
- Create training and change activities to ensure teams adopt new ways of working
- Work with others to identify and support ongoing improvements
About you
- Experience working in and understanding the Procure to Pay environment
- Comfortable using systems like SAP or M3, and tools like Visio
- Good communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Some exposure to automation or digital tools (like UiPath) is a bonus
