The day-to-day
As a Demand Planner, you’ll be at the heart of making sure the right materials get where they need to be, on time and in full.
Here’s what your day could look like:
- Managing demand for deployment materials to support our network expansion and upgrades.
- Championing continuous improvement across supply chain processes – looking for “one-touch” opportunities that make life easier for everyone
- Support demand management tasks such as MRP execution, purchase order creation and purchase order submission
- Partnering with Engineering, Contract owners, and different teams to deliver accurate forecasts and smooth supply.
- Keeping master data sharp and ensuring SAP S/4HANA drives efficient demand and supply processes.
- Reviewing system outputs, spotting risks, and escalating issues before they impact the business.
- Working closely with vendors to maintain performance, solve problems, and drive improvements.
- Work closely with 3PL team to identify non-compliances, receiving inquiries, and proactively address open inquiries
