**About the Role**
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and working closely on a day-to-day basis with our payroll and finance team, you will spend your days talking with our clinical workforce, helping set them up for success as they deploy to regional and remote parts of Australia. Your work will be focused on the clinical workforce rosters and time sheets, liaising with Clinicians to ensure they are submitted on time. This will enable you to then be responsible for the data entry of our workforce rosters and time sheets.
Full time, fixed term role, work from the office, based in Melbourne or Adelaide.

- To be Successful you will have:_
- Experience working in a similar role, supporting day-to-day operations, including payroll
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with front-line staff, talking with them to help set them up for success.
- Well-developed analytical skills
- High level of demonstrated MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- Ability to learn and develop new work practices, and contribute towards operational problem-solving
- Comfortable using multiple platforms and technologies
- Attention to detail for all operational needs including data management, across all systems and manual processes
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as autonomously
- Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables
- Able to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to engage with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a clinical environment would be highly regarded
- Evidence of full course of a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccination
- A current National Police Check or the ability to obtain one.
