These include:
* Working independently throughout the Rockhampton community, with support from experienced senior clinicians.
* Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
* Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
* Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
About you
* Previous experience as a Registered Nurse with aged care or community desirable but not essential.
* Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
* Availability to work various shifts.
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
* Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
* Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
* Up to date influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
