Calvary Central District Hospital is seeking Registered and Enrolled Nurses to support the Recovery Unit. This is a permanent part-time and casual, with full-time available if required.

* AHPRA Registration
* The ability to give direct care to a varied patient population within the Recovery Unit
* Treat all clients with respect and equality, whilst being responsive to their needs
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
* Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
* A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
Responsibilities
* The Registered Nurse in the Recovery department provides comprehensive care of patients within the Recovery Unit and supports Enrolled & Student Nurses.
* The Enrolled Nurses work under RN supervision, providing care to patients, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, assisting with personal care and mobility, and administering medications.
