 
        
        **Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Provide general administration support to the HR Manager. 
- Contribute in reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures. 
- Support managers in relation to HR processes such as performance appraisals, disciplinary procedures, and policy interpretation. 
- Issue and process letters of offer and employment status changes. 
- Proactively recruit and onboard staff including engagement with local job providers and other relevant external agencies. 
- Maintain personnel databases, including employee records and performance management data. 
- Respond to HR queries from staff and managers. 
- Assist in maintaining an up to date database all Annual Performance Reviews and Supervisions across the organisation.

**To be successful you must have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar, or minimum 1-2 years working in similar role. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
