Training Advisor - Hospitality/Business & CTA - Goodna

ETC has been recognised as the 2023 NSW Large Training Provider of the Year. We are looking for an award-winning team member to join us as a Training Advisor.

The Role

As a Training Advisor you will provide versatile and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will lead a team, manage your own caseload, and work toward achieving individual and team KPIs, balancing leadership with hands-on support for customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate, deliver and evaluate non-accredited training in accordance with contractual and ETC guidelines
- Provide 1:1 coaching and job search support
- Market and promote ETC as a provider of high-quality and flexible employment services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, including Workforce Australia Services (WAS) consultants

Criteria for Success

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Hospitality and/or Business Qualification (preferred)
- Experience in interactive training delivery and administration
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to liaise, negotiate and mediate with a wide range of individuals and service providers
- High-level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including computer literacy
- Ability to provide effective advisory and coaching support
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
- Current Blue Card (QLD) and National Police Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and ability to travel across ETC regions
