About the role
Work as part of the Executive team to provide expertise and strategic leadership of corporate business and financial functions, reporting to the CEO
Lead the Finance, IT & Quality & Compliance teams to identify and implement strategies to position CObH for a sustainable future, to achieve revenue optimisation and organisational growth, mitigating risk and contributing to compliance and audit reviews
Provide practical expertise and sound leadership to ensure financial management and related business decision-making is timely and of a high standard
Communicate the strategic vision and direction, drive culture and performance
Lead continuous improvement, drive innovation and effectively manage change to align with strategic goals

About You
Experienced senior financial leader, CA/CPA qualified, health related or NFP an advantage
Engaging leadership style, adaptable and innovative, able to inspire and motivate excellence with a keen eye on the health needs of regional South Australian communities and an ability to demonstrate financial acumen to drive revenue streams
Experienced in financial management, budget management, reporting, governance and regulatory compliance and leading business support teams
Results driven, fantastic communicator, adept at stakeholder engagement and active member on industry forums/groups with capacity to seek growth opportunities
Demonstrated experience managing a multiple entity organisation with diverse revenue streams, ideally with medical or primary health financial management expertise
Creative and future focused strategic experience and understanding of not-for-profit operational frameworks, governance and risk management
Passionate about building positive culture including driving a safety-first culture
