Senior Operations Manager CBRE Asia Pacific – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
13-month contract, full-time.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Brisbane as a Senior Operations Manager.
This role involves managing daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow within the department.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in the property sector.
About the role Provide full administrative support and assistance to the national leasing team.
Manage and process invoices on behalf of the brokerage team through CBRE's invoicing platform.
Reporting for cost recovery, deals, expenses, disbursements, travel, revenue, supply chain etc.
Manage and send Request for Information briefs (RFI's) on behalf of the team.
Update property availability data in CBRE's property database MIQ.
Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Organise meetings and aid with the organisation of both team and client functions.
Maintain the team's calendars and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements and aid when necessary.
About you Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in property is highly beneficial but not essential.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem-solve and prioritise multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Experience in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
