* First point of contact for general enquiries via phone and website
* Answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
* Assisting with report compilation and generation
* Providing support to all clients
* Maintaining accurate and timely task processing
* Responsible for inventory management of office supplies
* Drawing up contracts for services offered
* Processing purchase orders
* Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service
* Efficiently processing enquiries and resolving client issues
* Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables
The ideal candidate will have:
* Australian working rights and residency (essential)
* Previous administration experience (essential)
* Full-time availability (essential)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Adherence to business procedures
* Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the business and clientele
