The role
Relationship Manager – B2B
Location: Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, QLD.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and target new B2B business opportunities across Corporate, Logistics, Mining, Leasing, and Insurance markets.
- Work with sales management team to formulate effective sales strategies, set targets, and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Acquire in‐depth knowledge of car‐rental services, vehicle fleet, and pricing structures to communicate value propositions to clients.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track performance metrics using the SFA CRM tool.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Revenue Capacity Management) to support business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales‐driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent negotiation and problem‐solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‐paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous sales or account management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proven track record of high performance in a remote work environment.
