Ever since our formation we’ve never been content settling for the norm; we’re constantly evolving and challenging the status quo, inspired by the restless few who influence style, shape the future and strive to be 1% better everydayKey Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist in filming and editing short-form and long-form content for both organic and paid social platformsSupport performance marketing content creation — including hook-driven ads, product highlights, and quick-cut UGC-style editsSupport brand storytelling projects including "Behind LSKD" YouTube series, athlete profiles, and community featuresHelp cut down campaign shoots into reels, TikToks, and ad variationsBe an extra set of hands on larger shoots — helping with camera operation, lighting, audio setup, and gear prepWork closely with Lead Videographers to learn best practices in pacing, rhythm, and tone across platformsMaintain video file organisation and support post-production workflowsBe proactive in capturing b-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and day-to-day content that brings LSKD to lifeCreative flair and a passion for design, with a keen eye for aesthetics.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights,make data-driven decisions to optimise performance and drive results.A passion and curiosity for what hits our market with content on our channelsSo what do you need to get the gig?
