We are hiring DIDO (Drive In / Drive Out) Bar & Grill Supervisors from Mackay, Emerald, Rockhampton and the surrounding regions on a fulltime 5:2 roster.
Working closely with the Village Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the day‐to‐day operations of our onsite Bar & Grills while proudly upholding ISS's reputation for excellence.
* Meals, accommodation and uniforms included whilst on site (Steel cap boots included)
* Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow within a large global company

What You'll Do
* Implement and control the department budget.
* Implement and review service standards.
* Assist the Human Resources team in the recruitment and selection of team members.
* Ensure effectiveness of training, performance evaluations and counselling of staff for the department.
* Ensure a strong interface with Front Office and other managers as required.
* Provide leadership, support and coordinate site staff in maintaining a customer focused and safe working environment.
* Minimum 2yrs proven management/supervisor experience in food & beverage service.
* Polished presentation and communication abilities.
* Proven leadership skills and a strong decision‐making capability.
* Lead by example and model behaviours that underpin a constructive safety culture.
* Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
* Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
* Must pass a Pre‐employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
* Driver's License/ Photo ID required.
